Since you have the China version of both the Aqara Hub, you will need to be connected to the server in China. You can set this by going to Profile>Settings(Which is the gear icon in the upper right)>Region. Region must be : Mainland China « mandatory « regards

Great HomeKit Secure product. I have installed it in Aqara and HomeKit. The sound is surprisingly good and the picture is Ok considering the price of the cam. A great tip for anyone installing this: Add it to Aqara and log on to chinese server, you can make various settings (like mirroring and turning the view upside down for mounting in the ceiling). Then log out and use it in Aqara (HomeKit) mode. Easy to install with magnetic and turnable foot. Came with a metallic mounting plate with 3M sticker.
